2. Information We Collect

We collect information that is needed to provide and improve TinyForge:

• Form inputs and prompts: details you submit to create a result, such as notes, goals, travel plans, checklist items, property guide details, or style choices.
• Uploaded files: files you choose to upload, such as note photos, images, DOCX, TXT, or Markdown files, when a tool supports uploads.
• Email address: used for backup delivery, result recovery, payment receipts, and secure improvement links when you provide it.
• Payment information: payment status, transaction identifiers, amount, and currency. Payment card or wallet details are handled by PayPal and are not stored by TinyForge.
• Usage and analytics data: pages visited, tools used, form submissions, checkout events, result completion events, browser/device information, referral information, and approximate usage timing.

• Generate, revise, store, and deliver your requested PDF, PNG, mind map, checklist, plan, or result page.

4. AI Processing

TinyForge uses third-party AI model providers to generate text, visual outputs, and related deliverables. When you submit content to a generator, the relevant input may be sent to the configured AI provider so the service can create your result.

Do not submit information you are not authorized to use, and avoid submitting highly sensitive personal, medical, financial, legal, government identification, password, access-code, or confidential business information unless you understand the risk and the tool requires it.

5. Files, Results, and Storage

Generated results, private upload references, result images, and backup files may be stored using our database and cloud storage providers, including Amazon S3. Result pages may be accessible to anyone who has the result link. Secure improvement links include a server-signed token and are intended only for the recipient email.

We may retain previous result versions for a limited time so users can compare or download prior revisions. We also keep operational records needed for payments, security, analytics, debugging, and abuse prevention.

6. Third-Party Services

TinyForge may use trusted third-party services to operate the site, including:

• AI model providers for generating text and visual results.
• PayPal for payment processing.
• Amazon Web Services for hosting, storage, delivery, and infrastructure.
